How to motivate your team?

 

Let’s face it, in your team will be non-producers and producers members, you start to get worried about the people that are not producing, you spend hours wondering and trying to figure out why your non productive team member is just not showing results, you even get frustrated, thinking of a solution for that, he or she seems to be wanting success the truth is: deep down they DON’T WANT SUCCESS, shocking? no really!  if they would want success they would be focusing in results instead of trying to justify themselves by focusing on activities of course, non productive activities, like thinking on what is wrong with them, and strategical actions, and of course leaving those on the “pending to do list”

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

That is right, don’t waste your time with the non productive people, you are just hurting yourself and your team, instead invest on your most productive members, those are the ones that deserve your fully attention so they can keep on producing, the non productive team members have a lot to learn for themselves, but they won’t do it simply because they fake wanting to succeed, they want to be liked and keep on justifying blamin others, blaming circumstances and blaming the weather, some people joined the business for the wrong reason, they probably thought it would be easy to talk to people and do the tasks to show results, like picking up the phone and inviting people to weekly webinars, talking to people about the business, constantly talking to new people avoiding getting “Stuck” with the people that don’t say yes but don’t say no.

You can not change people you can only INSPIRE them by leading by example

The truth is that the best way to keep people motivated is for leaders to help their team mates find their WHY, it would be a disaster if you condemn people for not keeping their word or the agreement, people don’t like to be told what to do, but they will honor an agreement that like grown up you agreed on to. They will follow your leadership only if you do the tasks you demand from them, nobody will respect a leader that is not willing to do what he expects from other people, if you want to have a huge downline you need to become a leader, a leader that inspire others to become better, to learn and expand in every way in their lives, including their business.

The “secret Formula” to make money in Network Marketing is to have a handful group of people that know that they get whatever they want, truly want, then the power will be unstoppable when they stay motivated by their most biggest DREAM, then it will become a reality
